| Message from the President (11/01/2008)
From our research in the United
States over the past two years we know that we will be able to
capture a considerable market share in the carbonated beverage
business.
We believe our formula will drive the consumer to develop a
taste for Mexicola as they have for Coke Cola and Pepsi Cola
over the past one hundred years.
Our goal over the next five years is to deliver Mexicola to
millions of carbonated beverage drinkers throughout the world.
We are confident that Mexicola will stand the test of time with
the carbonated beverage consumer.
Respectfully yours,
Mexi-Cola

| Hispanics in the United States (30/11/2007)
The last twenty years have been a
period of rapid growth for Hispanics in the United States. In
terms of sheer numbers, Hispanics have become at once more
numerous and less homogenous, spurring jumps in labor force
participation and business formation, and a wider dispersion
among the nation’s metropolitan hubs.
Mirroring such trends, Hispanic purchasing power next year is
forecast to increase to $276.1 billion from $111 million in 1980
and to nearly double again to $520.4 billion in constant 1997 by
2020. In addition, an increasing share of Hispanic households
has annual incomes in excess of $75,000-5 percent in 1997
compared to 3.9 percent in 1980.
